My question is regarding brown sugar, palm sugar and gour sugar. Are they harmful too?
If you are healthy, you can eat sugar in a moderate way. The question was for those who have health problem and a lake of Vitamin B complexes. If they realy want to cure it they have to stop with any sugar and white grains for about half a year.
If you can digest normally, there is no harm of any kind of sugar, if you take a little of it. Anything too much is not healthy. We have to find the balance. That is goodness. Everything else leads to either passion or ignorance.
